Role Purpose
Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of O Finance’s digital payments ecosystem, covering credit, debit, prepaid cards, and future payment solutions — ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rollout and operations of card programs and digital payment solutions
- Manage integrations with processors and payment partners
- Oversee transaction flows, reconciliation, settlements, and reporting
- Handle card servicing, disputes, and operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and data protection frameworks
- Support evolution of payment products and customer journeys
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in cards or digital payments within financial services
- Strong knowledge of card operations and payment processing
- Proven project management and execution skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and customer focused
