Role Purpose
Ensure accurate and timely capturing of loan applications’ details and customer data, and support operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather documents (IDs, salary slips, contracts, etc.)
- Input customer and loan application data into core system
- Support loan file creation and archiving
- Assist credit analysts and operations team
- Ensure data accuracy and document completeness
- Support daily operational workflows and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and data security
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in banking operations/data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast typing and system navigation skills
- Good organizational skills
- High integrity and confidentiality awareness
